In the early years of Performance Painting, when I was in the field painting each day, I remember the excitement I felt showing up at a jobsite and using the craft skills that I had learned to transform a structure or building dramatically in a rather short period of time. Each day I would try to perform the work better, faster and more safely.

Now, over twenty years later, with a larger team in place, this passion to transform and preserve existing buildings and structures is shared by us all. We also share a burning curiosity about how we can continue to improve the project experience for our customers each step of the way.

Put simply, we’re a group of craftspeople, vendor partners and leaders who love to see the difference we can make in a day’s work, all while staying safe and “wowing” our customers. On any given day, you can find us transforming an office space, brightening the interior of a distribution facility or preserving the exterior of a townhome community. We’ve even helped a national brand transform over 1600 locations across the country.

Each project we’ve performed has presented unique challenges that have added to our knowledge base. We expect this collection of knowledge to continue to expand and allow us to serve our customers, our team and our communities in new and innovative ways now and far into the future.
